Field Technician / Carpenter Assistant

About the Role
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with their hands, takes pride in quality craftsmanship, and wants to grow within the construction industry. Experience is a plus — but the right attitude matters more.
Responsibilities
- Assist with residential remodeling and repair projects
- Jobsite preparation and protection
- Material handling and organization
- Demolition and cleanup
- Painting and finish prep
- Assist with carpentry installations and trim work
- Tool setup and breakdown
- Maintain clean, safe, and organized jobsites
- Communicate professionally with homeowners when necessary
- Follow company standards for workmanship and professionalism
Qualifications
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Dependable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in varying weather conditions
- Basic knowledge of hand and power tools preferred
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Ability to follow direction and work independently when needed
- Construction or remodeling experience is a plus, but not required
