My process.

Leave us your name, email and a short description of your project and we will contact you shortly with any questions or details we need for the proposal! From here you will receive an estimate for your project with a price range. 

For smaller projects, we may schedule an additional consultation to gather precise measurements and details. A $150 consultation fee will be charged to draft the contract and set the project schedule. From there, you will receive a detailed proposal outlining the project cost.

For larger projects such as kitchen or bathroom renovations, a $1,500 design fee applies. These projects may require multiple site visits for measurement and coordination with trade partners.

Once we receive the signed contract and deposit we will contact you to coordinate the completion of your project and put you on our schedule!

I take full ownership of the process from start to finish. I’ll coordinate all the details, communicate timelines clearly, and stay on-site to ensure quality and progress every step of the way. My goal is to minimize surprises, keep you informed, and deliver results that meet or exceed your expectations — on time and on budget.
